Officers less motivated post-Ferguson

My career has already been long and wholesome. This department is not only less proactive than LPD was, its also far less proactive than neighboring cities today. Even La Grange does relatively more in drug enforcement given their size. The chicken little politics of Louisville drives this. The department leaders do their best to stick their heads in the sand regarding the linkages of organized drug trafficking to homicides and other violence. They prefer the bandaid approach which doesn't do anything to prevent further violence. I didn't even mention pursuit policy. Lecture somebody else or better yet try leaving your office and doing some real police work.
