Louisville Metro Police has seen a big drop in applicants, but why?

There will have to be a reckoning in future negotiations to fix what has been done and the people coming up on 20 do not have the will to fight that fight. The officers can't just expect the FOP to do it all for them. Be prepared to picket and go the metro council meetings or just accept being screwed. The politicians will give up nothing more without substantial pressure from the membership and general public support. The only members of the public that city hall takes seriously are the ones up in arms about something or the ones making big donations to their politcal campaign. Anti police activists have set their agenda since merger and this city is just getting more violent due to the mismanagement of the department.
