Louisville Metro Police has seen a big drop in applicants, but why?

I'm so tired of the whole "cameras protect officers" theme. I wonder why nobody has ever closely examined that lie for what it is. Disagree all you want, but citizens sometimes do go to PSU and exxagerate the truth, but within that exxageration is some truth almost all of the time. But this whole thing about citizens blatanly going down with a bold face lie is almost nonexistence. Try living your life by the rule sometimes and not the exception.
