Louisville Metro Police has seen a big drop in applicants, but why?

The chief isn't defending anyone. He's covering his *** and his administration. No Chief can say he's prob hired someone who shouldn't have a badge. On the other hand, the FOP isn't putting anyone down, just acknowledging that there is no doubt that at a minimum .0008333% of our officers shouldn't have a badge.
