Underqualified? Do you even know what you're talking about? The hiring standards were not reduced, they became more stingent. Tell me you are not a veteran who came on the department as a C-average high school student, earned a diploma, and then got hired. You bash college education any chance you get. To you it's just a waste of time and money. You could not get hired on the police department with the standards in place today. Consider yourself lucky, you are doing better than a lot of people.
