Louisville Metro Police has seen a big drop in applicants, but why?

All of the Mizzou students pictured above are qualified as well. They have more than the minimum required number of college credits so, by your standards, they must be the most qualified. Somebody from recruiting needs to get on this ASAP and send a team to Columbia, Missouri to start handing out applications.
