I have seen more five o'clock shadows, more faded uniforms, more ran over shoes, more bad hygiene, more unprofessional conduct and bad radio etiquette, more college tatooes, and radical hairdo's in the past 5 years than my entire career. These "new generation" cops have zero work ethic. We had problems before merger, no doubt. But you guys are destroying the police department like a virus.
