Criminals and their families really hate Concealed carry laws. Victims don't just give up their money, die or accept being raped like they used to. That relative should accept the blame for not trying to steer him down the right path. If he had tried, maybe that man would have gotten a job instead of trying to rob. Let it be a lesson to all the street hoods and young thugs who think they will live a life of crime. It will probably be a short life cut short one way or another.
