LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower lawsuit again sues the department

The council is already looking to take the Mayor down a few notches because of their other dispute on the community centers. They were on the warpath about the bad roads before that. It's not hard to believe that eventually they'll get tired of the department's smoke and mirrors too. People are beginning to catch on that city hall only cares about distributing city money to businesses, also known as corporate welfare.
