LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower lawsuit again sues the department

I make it a point to come here on a regular basis to get insight and advice on all of my policy issues. Thank you so much for your input. She should be demoted back to Lieutenant, placed in a police division to gain some much needed experience in patrol before being promoted to Major. This is outlandish.

Conrad better start promoting qualified and experienced personnel to his command staff. He needs to shake up his staff and move commanders around. If they don't produce, demote them.
