LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower lawsuit again sues the department

All of these incidents speak to a segment of society that has gone off the deep end because of its rage towards police. The inner city hip hop music culture promoting violence, gang life, drug and alcohol use and disregarding any form of responsibility for their actions because of "historical discrimination." It's a recipe for disaster when they act out on the violent fantasies portrayed in the music they listen to.
