You are right on the money!!! It's being going on for years and still goes on...those who deny it stand to benefit from the favoritism.

This does not apply to Major Flaherty. I cant say anything bad about the guy. Very fair, honest and sticks up for his people. He is one of the very few who play by the old school book.
