He helped out one person. Great. That doesn't give him the right to have any position he wants just because he wants it. He was awarded $450,000 and now he thinks he is entitled to any position he wants, regardless of who else has applied, or whether or not his skills or personality is a good fit with his coworkers. He needs to move on to another department.
