LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower lawsuit again sues the department

"Robbery-homicide detectives say the video was made for entertainment purposes only and did not pose a credible threat to law enforcement."

Judging from the statement quoted above, it sure doesn't sound like they are taking the implied threat very seriously. They might as well consider themselves witnesses for the defense.
