And you and those in Frankfort can not figure out what is wrong with the pension system ? Transferring to traffic 3 yrs before retirement has always been ideal in order to increase pension benefits. LMPD is not the only people doing this, most Ky police and fire depts. have been doing this for years - but not for much longer.
