LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower lawsuit again sues the department |
RE: LMPD officer who won $450,000 settlement in whistleblower...
I could say the same of many above the rank of Lt, they all need to move on, because this job isn't working out for them. I have never seen this department in such a state of disarray and low morale. I don't know about him and the others applying, but everyone is well aware of how certain units and division Majors play personal favorites and select less qualified people for Detective positions. i will not name names, but if you don't know you don't work at LMPD or aren't being honest with yourself.

And there are plenty of people on LMPD who still think the same way as you do. That's actually a good thing because LMPD has very deep pockets and the money is endless. You say "...personality is a good fit..." That is code language my friend. It is basically saying "we want to pick our buddies". By the time it's over LMPD will have paid millions of dollars to different employees until it gets the picture...you cannot do business the way you used to in 1984, 1990, or even 2002. All folks like you can do is get mad and pay up!!
