We tried to do that with the Black Police Officers Organization many years ago. We were accused of "hating white people". That's the usual accusation about anyone who dares try to improve their situation and help others in the process. You become very nervous and huddle together as if you are under seige. I have studied the behavior of white people for many years. White people are loving and generous people by large, but are in denial when it comes to acknowledging racism.
