KSP trooper killed in overnight chase, manhunt underway for suspect

we had upper 70's in murder less than 10 years ago back to back years. NO ONE REALLY CARES..... if they did they would properly fund the crime scene unit and hire more techs and open a REAL CRIME LAB.
