Police chief defends pending patrol changes

Spot on, the JCPS budget is actual 1.4 billion dollars!! JCPS gives out free breakfast and lunch at all schools except for the 19 that don't qualify. Plus a snack in the afternoon on several days a week. Then if the student qualifies we can give them a backpack full of food for the weekend. Tell me how that works when their parents get welfare and other subsidies to feed them all. Oh, wait let me go buy lottery tickets, tobacco and alcohol with that money. Just give everything to the welfarians and keep sticking it to the tax payer that is getting fed up w/taxes going up.
