Police chief defends pending patrol changes

Now the department is protecting a bunch of adults showing their breasts in front of minors. This is the worst department in Kentucky.

'Their basic assertion is if men can walk bare chested without being sexualized, harassed, or considered indecent, then women should have the same freedom.'

Maybe I'm the only one that has noticed this, but there seems to be a difference in the male and female chest area.
