officer diesel/crank i noticed that you have taken every sgt test since merger. I also noticed you have only managed to break into the top 60 one time. that being said out of all those tests you have never challenged anything nor did you feel you had any damages except the one time you managed to break into the same ball park as those being promoted on the tail end of the list. your lame lawsuit claims that you only want things done right and the test administered fairly. truth is you are desperate to be promoted and you found some vague wording in the law that you believe will benefit you. you could careless about metro doing things right it's all self interest
