Apparently the people you are talking about are right, if the city is admitting they were wrong. Sounds like you are the one crying. How much does this really affect things anyway if only 5 people were not promoted from past lists?

You sound a little nervous about what the lawsuit would reveal. Is it possible that you are one of the people promoted who didn't deserve it?
