I know several people that are getting involved in this. What the OP said is 100% true in that metro is not contacting people. Speaking personally I'd really like to know about 2 lists in particular that I was on that I know I would have moved up quite a bit if seniority wouldn't have been capped. I have yet to get a reply from the merit board or dave but hopefully i'll hear back soon
