How about hiring MORE officers, stop shifting blame for crime from the hours worked to where the blame really belongs......on the CRIMINALS!!! Do NOT punish your workforce and kill morale!! Tl parents of children to be parents and have respect for others, their teachers, and police, and authority in general!! This constant sleight of hand is insane!!
