Police chief defends pending patrol changes

It is all bs and we all know it. The liberals in this town yes town don't concern themselves with crimes or victims unless it touches them. As long as the shootings and killings stay in one area of the city life is good. Talk about budgets TARC is laying the groundwork for an increase in the tax we pay claiming they are cutting routes and services due to a lack of money. Hmmmm 48 passenger buses running routes with one or two passengers if any on them. Why not small airport style buses for the times of day and routes that the large buses are wasted on. Oh wait that is common sense thinking something our leaders don't have.
