I hope you guys understand that there is no way this dept will be going to 12hr days. Changing the legislation for our dept alone is not going to happen. It's crazy to think people actually believe this is a possiblity. Do you realize how many police departments in the state of Kentucky are currently on 12hr days? It's a huge number. Ok these departments all compensate their officers for the week that they work over with either COMP time of some type of straight up over time. Call around and ask,
