Hey D.A...it wouldn't be a pay cut! It would be a way around the 40 hour week rule...Your pay would not change, because the 4 hours of 1/2 would be the exact amount to make up the difference....Maybe your family wants intervention since you never want to see them working 8's six days in a a row, and waiting 6 weeks to get a weekend off.
