FOP President lashes out at 'sensationalists, liars and race-baiters'

The concept of a TF or Operation in Louisville is not what it is in other places. If you turn on the news there, you see doors being knocked in, major indictments coming down, and major seizures on a regular basis. You csn't blame the street officers or agents for the current situation. Whats needed is to bring in leadership and special prosecutors who can plan, execute and get convictions. This sleepy town law enforcement approach and catering to local politics will not work against hard core criminals. The political leadership and top prosecutors must decide whether they want the status quo or want to take down the bad guys. This is just 1 city in the middle of a nationwide surge in drug related crime so don't be misled into thinking this will go away.

I think the whole department should be annexed into operation trust? We just need to create more trust and crime will disappear!
