Not the OP, but I watched the video. That officer could have easily used a taser on that guy. The shooting will undoubtedly be ruled justified but in reality there could have been a less lethal option used. The poor guy was punished on site for being disobedient with his "lethal flagpole". This was a shooting out of anger, not endanger!
