Man killed by police in Old Louisville

The officer should of approached the citizen extended his hand, introduced himself and asked if he was okay. When the citizen became agitated the officer should of apologized for the inconvenience and returned to his cruiser. Ridiculous right? Just like some of these posts about how the officer should of handled the charging criminal. Nuff said.
