What tantrum? At least use an appropriate putdown. All people have to do is hit a button to see what you're responding to. The arrogance of people in charge who feel the need to treat their officers like children is just a sign of their inner weakness and lack of confidence. This is not a city that needs a Chief who made his career doing community relations work. This city needs a crimefighter now.
