Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

You remind me of my son and his little tantrum he threw at Kroger last night. I simply told him no about buying a box of strawberry Poptarts and he caused a scene so loud we had to leave. I love it when even more when adults throw tantrums...so entertaining!!!
