Maybe I am slow, but how exactly does 12 factor into 80? Or 40? Are you willing to take an 8 hour cut in your check because I'm pretty sure the city isn't going to pay everybody 4 hours of O.T on each check. Also, are we going to get a bump in vacation accrual per check?Because if you go to 12's a v-day is gunna cost 1 1/2 times what it does now.
