Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

Its enough that every year they get further and further behind in replacements. Attrition is going to be higher for new officers than is previous years because of the loss of 20 year pensions alone. Once they go to a schdule preventing new people from doing offduty, then you will see your mass exit. This is just another job offering no pension and lower than competitive pay and too many self serving people with rank on. One of them will probably whine in another post about we're all "lucky to have jobs"
