This shouldn't be put to a vote at all. Why aren't we voting whether we should or should not go to using body cameras? Why are we not voting whether we should or should not have to pay a fee to use take home cars for off duty work? The point is, the Chief is the Chief and should make a decision based on the needs of the department. For those who always think they deserve a choice in every single matter, I have one word for you: ENTITLEMENT.
