Man why don't you just shut the fffuucck up!! The Chief is doing just fine and nobody cares about your childish tantrums because you have a high school diploma and think you can do things better. There is nothing wrong with morale on the department. Morale is overrated anyway!!! Come to work and do your ffuuckking job and stop looking to the department to make your miserable life happy.
