Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

Why would they care? They don't work here, most live in the country where its a lot cheaper, and they get about $42000 after graduating the academy, counting their $3000 training stipend and clothing allowance. LMPD pays about the same for the privilege of living in expensive and crime ridden Louisville.
