12 hours will make it hard to do off duty unless its only 3 days per week. Doing 4 or 5 12's will turn people into sleep deprived zombies when they go to court or try to work offduty. 5/8's would be the best shift. The membership should vote down any schedule having over 40 hours in any week. They can still do it if they want to pay OT.
