Well I'll tell you that the sample 12 hour schedule I've seen would give roughly 240 days off per year. If this comes down to something we vote on people would be stupid to vote for 8's versus 12's. We would work about an 84 hour week and get paid for 80 but 240 days off out of 365 makes it worth the trade.
