Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

I remember back in the day when people complained over and over that people did not show up to the polls and vote. Voter turnout is so low and it's a shame people don't exercise their right to vote. Now these same people insist on insulting everyone who does not vote for the candidate they want them to vote for. We have been accused of being "uniformed voters" "low information voters" "wanting handouts" and on and on. Its very sad and entertaining at the same time to watch grown ups throw a fit over someone elses right to vote.
