Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

There you go again trying to make this about everyone else. The people with chips on their shoulder who openly brag about laying down should get your own site so you can jerk each other off with their witless false viewpoints about policing, without scaring off the other officers. I suspect some of you are former LMPD or never were. There are many people with 20 who actively work because they have a work ethic. The division isn't the welfare office where you go get your check and EBT, but the city has set the bar low enough so you think it is.

I hate to say it, but there's some truth in the post about CO's not holding people accountable. That being said, there are some really good CO's out there taking care of business. The way I see it the promotional process does weed some of the suckers out. Not all of them of course
