Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

No, YOU are a part of the problem, CO! I guarantee you have ignored unprofessional conduct just like every other CO on LMPD who wants the rank but not the responsibility. The department is being destroyed by CO's like you who are afraid to correct problem officers because they don't want to be ostracized. It's a shame. That's why more and more officers are coming in with 5 o'clock shadows and out of policy shoes. Yeah, I know its trivial but its gradual and most CO's don't have the balls to say anything.

I find it amusing that you say that you are a commanding officer, call other officers unprofessional and then go out of your way to call them "pr1cks". You are not only unprofessional, but a hypocrite as well. I, however am totally unimpressed by the fact that you took an exam and now believe that you are a leader of men. Hopefully someday soon, the irony of your earlier comment will sink in...but I'm not gonna hold my breath.
