Give me a break!!...when was the last time you testified in Circuit? I hate when young officers call veterans "retired on duty". Your idea of proactive police work is stopping some working citizen for speeding. Your immaturity wont allow you to understand reality. You have no idea how to construct a real felony case because you are required to call out a detective for anything more than misdemeanor. Trust me...you are NOT a police officer!!
