Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

That was a cool putdown back when you could still get it up in the 1980s. The younger officers are tired of hearing you lazy old guys b1tching while doing no real work because your buddy got you a do nothing job. This place is run like a GM auto factory about to get sent to mexico. A bunch of self serving office politicians riding the coattails of the young officers brought in to do the policing with daily b1tching from the peanut gallery full of the retired on duty.
