This is what happens when you hire educated kids with zero life experiences. We don't hire the 27yr old career iron worker that really wants to be the police.

Those days are over. Now we hire little girls that get hurt when the wind blows, that jump to the taser when there's any sign of a confrontation. They also call the boss on every run because they've never really made any decisions in life.
