Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

We are all just too damn dumb to understand their grand plans for reducing crime through increasing the number of traffic details, getting rid of overlapping shifts, and renaming the federal task force and LMPD summer task force to Operation Truth. This is why they make the big bucks. Either that or they missed their true calling selling used cars. Probably the latter. Before anyone figures them out in the media or the public, they will be taking their fat pensions and going to retirement jobs to double dip.
