Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

Put the gas meter tax on the public to raise revenue for more police and equipment. Where is that money? General fund that's where for more bike lanes, moving water company home, low income housing, and all the other pet projects. Just another bs sell job fooling the public. The police department won't see a single bit of that revenue stream.
