Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

Louisville Metro Government has its own talent of consultants. The reason in-house consultants were not used was to eliminate the accusation of bias. So, they hired an independent consultant (from New Jersey no less). Still, people are unhappy with the results and suggest "...the FOP should hire its own consultant to counter the Chief's consultant."

SMH...typical American behavior. Don't like being told 'no' so rush to appeal or go shopping for somebody who will tell you 'yes'. Very bratty.
