Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

The west end has Viper, trust, more Dist. Dets., more beat cars per shift than the county & more Flex Dets.

I don't want more new-hires since all you guys on verge of retirement through the new hires under the bus, with crappy expensive insurance. If we keep hiring new people, they will soon be able to out vote the people with good insurance... Then what is going to happen?
