Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

It's not 8s so don't go jumping off the 2nd Street bridge. Downtown has already told several people that we're going to 12s. Read that article above the chief pretty much says it himself when he said it's a "very very significant" change. 8hr shifts is a significant change at all, it's only 2hrs.
